Place yourself in a safe, non judgemental and confidential environment where you are the expert of your life. Matt will be beside you, offering support as you explore your story, ideas, goals, challenges and thoughts.
Matt will provide a Person Centred Approach mixed with Mindfulness techniques throughout your sessions. Talking and discussing the things spinning around in our head can create space. When we verbalise our thoughts we can seperate and organise them, seeing them clearly and differently.

Mindfulness
A meditation practice that guides you to the here & now, seeing what is there with out judgement. By practicing in a formal way on the cushion the present moment becomes more familiar and accessible. By practicing consistently with a balance of Precision and Gentleness we give Mindulness a chance to trickle into our active lives.
Matt completed his Mindfulness Meditation teacher training with David Nichtern at Dharma Moon and Tibet house US and aims to pass these teachings on to you.
Develop a new relationship with your mind. Familiarize yourself with a 3 step meditation technique that comes from Buddhism, combining ingredients of Focus, Awareness and Non Judging to form Mindfulness.

Youth Mentoring
Youth Counselling and Mentoring. A space where teenagers and young adults can explore their life, issues, or concerns in a space with out judgement. A chance to weigh up options, discuss difficult decisions and find a clear path to follow into the future. Options to have these conversations in nature, like walk+talk along a trail or at the beach with the sand between your toes.
Learn and develop Mindfulness skills that can help develop emotional awareness. Once there is awareness of emotion it has less control.
